Good afternoon! Thank you for reaching out about accessing your email. Is you service account disconnected? If so, have you accessed your email using the Xfinity Email website in the 90 days prior to disconnecting? Then you'll continue to have access to your email account. If you haven’t accessed your email within those 90 days, you will no longer have access to your email.
