Comcast email transition

We did begin offering customers the option to migrate their email accounts to Yahoo Mail last June. Invitations have been rolling out gradually, so the option may not be available for everyone just yet, but we will continue to send more throughout 2026. This is an optional upgrade, but it cannot be reversed once the invitation has been accepted and the account is migrated to the Yahoo Mail platform. Nothing will change with your email address. It will still have the same Comcast domain, you will just be accessing your email account through a different platform.
