Comcast email on download/upload speed increases

I received a notification from Comcast on 02/10/2022 stating that download/upload speed increases would be happening this month after rebooting my gateway.  I have done so three times so far this month but there has been no speed increase.  It remains at approximately 100mb / 5mb.

Please advise.
