Comcast Email Holding Discord Account Verification Emails (Discord Emails inn General)

Hi!

I have had my other app (discord) hacked and I have been trying for a long time now to reset my password and/or verify my email to the account. Only thing is -- The discord verification emails are not getting sent to me, my spam or junk folders. I have looked online and foud out Comcast has very tight regulations in which they may be blocking my emails from discord entirely.

How do I go about finding these emails or being able to recieve them in the future?

I have constantly had bots helping me and it gets me nowhere as they just offered me stupid perks or things like that nature.

Good afternoon @user_s. This is the first I've heard of issues with customers receiving Discord emails. Are you having issues that you know of with other social media apps sending you emails?

@XfinityRaf​ I am not having issues with any other social media app - discord support is saying there may be a problem with comcast holding it?

I am simply just trying to send myself a verification code so that I may log into my discord account.

Are you able to look into my account and help?

user_s OK, since we are unable to complete the two step verification due to you not getting the code. I would suggest reaching out to our agents over the phone. If we are unable to verify the account we would not be able to assist you using an online platform.

I can verify my xfinity login and probably send an email to myself but an email DIRECTLY from discord is being blocked or something when getting sent into my email.

Please remember this is about me not being able to see emails that I am constantly sending myself but not recieving
