Comcast cut a fiber line through my sewer line

As the subject line says, at some point in time Comcast cut a fiber line straight into and through my underground sewer line at my home. This caused a broken pipe and sewage overflow into the bathroom and crawl space. This has been pointed out by plumbing company and confirmed with photo evidence. Additionally, this has been discussed with the village and USIC/JULIE already came to the home and marked/confirmed the spots. I am having an impossible time getting through to anyone at Xfinity/Comcast to come and resolve this issue.
