Comcast costmor relations

Discrimination have been a issue in the past few months and as a costmor I have been informed that I was to talk to the company before moving forward with this issue and hand

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.

Comcast is not working with the customer on issues like this costmor relations and or executive office not responding to the issues in hand not meeting costmor standards of quality services from company of Comcast I considering the fact that they just don't not care about the customer issues but the money why is that happening

Comcast just make excuses for themselves they don't care about the customer services or how they treat their customers they think discrimination for services are okay they don't have to make it up to the customers at all of their own benefits and interest

I called Comcast at least 12 different times on resolution of problem no response of issue took it seriously but they say customers are there best loyalty
