Comcast contractor damaged my property and left it in shambles

Comcast contractor trenched across my yard on 12/16/25 and left my yard in shambles.  the front of my yard (north side of driveway) is all sunken in and the yard on the other side of the driveway is a mound.  I reached out to Comcast and their Everett FFO office sent a tech onsite on 12/19/25 and they took a bunch of photos documenting the damage.  Never heard back from them again.  I also have an in ground sprinkler head where they dug up and installed a utility box and am uncertain if they damaged it and will not know until I fire up in the spring. I called Comcast again on 12/29/25 and another ticket was reopened and again, I uploaded photos to them for their reference.  Today, 12/31/25, I get a generic email notification my ticket was closed without any explanation.  Trying to get this resolved.
