Hello and good afternoon @Will136907  We are excited you have selected Xfinity for your service provider. You're more than welcome to start up services online at https://www.xfinity.com/overview. To start you would select plan builder and the system will walk you through everything.

You can also sign up at one of or awesome retails stores or with us through a direct message. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Thanks for reaching back, @Will136907. It looks like on our last DM communication we determined the location is over 1000 feet from our physical network. To proceed with the serviceability request and construction quote you would have to consent to the initial minimum cost provided in our last direct message. Did you get that last response and minimum quote amount?
