Comcast conduit relocation

I have an open 811 ticket for a drainage improvement construction project. The conduit has been identified and it is exposed. Ive been trying to get of someone from Comcast that can assist with the line to be relocated as it is in conflict with our pipe.

No, it is not. However, I do believe it does serve the residential community adjacent to it. The location is in Spring Tx. 77373. Adjacent to the Grand Parkway.  No address is assigned to this location.
