Comcast Conduit Leaking Water
Since August 2023, Comcast conduit, which services my home and my neighborhood, has been leaking water in my backyard which has destroyed my shrubs and lawn (pictures attached). I know that it is odd for Comcast conduit to leak water, yet Comcast admitted that the leaking conduit is theirs, but they cannot be bothered to find the source of the water and determine how it is getting into their conduit and making its way to my property. Fulton Co Water and I have done all the troubleshooting and narrowed down a possible source for Comcast to investigate and remediate – but they are not taking action.
I have worked with the local Atlanta office and the Executive Customer Relations team at the corporate office in Philadelphia. For reference, my case has two numbers: Regional Case [Edited: "Personal Information"] and Maintenance Ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"]. After the initial contact and generation of tickets, Comcast staff have not responded to multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
If it is helpful, then names of the Comcast staff I have worked with are: Terri from the Executive Customer Relations team ([Edited: "Personal Information"]); and Victor [Edited: "Personal Information"] and Austin [Edited: "Personal Information"] from the Atlanta area.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in getting Comcast to take ownership and fix the problem which is now 7 months old. They need to have the leak fixed and my yard replanted and returned to how it was within the next 2 months before the summer heat.
The text above was submitted today to the FCC, BBB, local authorities and my state representative.
