Comcast Chat Agent wasting my time and fake support

My internet is a managed wifi by the property and don’t have modem in my apartment. My service was down today in the middle of the night. I was rushed to find a support through chat box. First agent (Mazin) was wasting my time by fake checking an issue for over 30 minutes then disconnected the chat. Then 5 other agents named Kanika, Priyanka, Lovish, Faisal & Arnold was join in one by one, wasted another an hour of my time. I’ve told them all of my information and also let them know I don’t have a modem. They were checking back and force then return to ask me about the CM MAC on my modem. Like are you guys serious about your job?

I need an immediate answer from Comcast Customer Service Management Team otherwise I will reach out the corporate to report this. All the agent mentioned above need an immediate performance review and get a warning. This is unacceptable training procedure when you guys are outsourcing the customer service. If they don’t like the job, just let them go!!!!!!!!!!
