Comcast cannot do a simple move of services from one apartment to another in the same building!
I spent 4 hours yesterday and 2.5 hours today with Comcast agents trying to do a simple move! I have 3 account numbers now. I had an appointment for installation 7/29 10 am that your agent cancelled yesterday after 4 hours working with Comcast. He told me someone would call me back but that never happened yesterday. Today I spent 2.5 hours chatting and agent told me he couldn’t get me an appointment for 7/29 but someone would callback in 30 minutes about waitlist. Callback wasn’t from someone who could schedule an appointment, it was from billing! I instantly went back to chat but the agent isn’t responding even though the chat is live and agent never said goodbye. This is unbelievable poor service from Comcast!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
