Comcast Cable TV Feedback

Hello,

I’m writing to share my frustration with the new advertising program Comcast recently launched. I am repeatedly seeing the same cat food ads and meal kit ads every 15 minutes, and it has become extremely irritating. It feels like something I’m forced to endure just to watch TV, and it’s turning the viewing experience into a kind of torture rather than entertainment.

Comcast cable service is already expensive, and this constant repetition of the same ads is pushing me to seriously consider discontinuing cable altogether and switching exclusively to streaming services. I hope Comcast will reconsider how these ads are being delivered, because the current approach is driving customers away rather than keeping them.
