Comcast Business Gateway not keeping WiFi settings on Web Console

I understand this is the xfinity forum, but I am having a very strange issue with a Comcast Business gateway that is not saving specific WiFi settings when I set them in the Web Console. I hope someone here can help me with this or if anyone else has experience this problem. 

I am attempting to manually set the 5GHz radio channel to use 20MHz bandwidth on channel 165. However, every time I click "SAVE SETTINGS" and then go back into that same page, the settings have been reverted back to what they originally were. I have tried doing everything and even did a full factory reset on the gateway, but nothing has worked. I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue because I have other gateways that are the same model and I have no problem with those ones.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
