Comcast bots

Not so much a question as an observation - par for the course that the Xfinity assistant is a bot that cannot help you unless it is the simplest of issues.

 

How do other subscribers successfully request a credit when their internet is cutting in and out during work meetings? It has happened to me 2 days in a row. Thanks for the input.
