comcast block ipv6

SMTP service denied: "554 resimta-h2p-562559.sys.comcast.net resimta-h2p-562559.sys.comcast.net ESMTP server not available" received from mx2.mxge.comcast.net (2001:558:fd02:243f::5) while connected from virlandouw.com (2602:ff23:50:171:1e3d:fca:779d:68b2) to mx2.mxge.comcast.net (2001:558:fd02:243f::5)

i have this errore regarding a ipv6 this vps i just buy it i dint send any email i cantact the support vps they told me that this errore from comcast can please someone explain to me how to fix this erore

The error message you received indicates that the SMTP server is not available. This might be related to how your VPS is configured or an issue on our end.

To assist you better, could you please provide the following details:

  1. Any specific settings or configurations you've applied to your VPS.
  2. Any additional error messages or logs you might have.

Do you get this error with any other server? The error code 554 is listed here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-errors provides the following "Comcast requires all sending mail server IP addresses have a valid PTR record set up. This error results when the lookup failed."

i don't have any special setting or configuration on my vps , i don't any any additional errors other than the one mentioned before and i have a valid PTR record already set up

Regarding this setup, we don't have too many troubleshooting options on our end since it's a bit outside our demarcation. I don't have any specific resources besides the error list provided that could help with this situation. 

With your Comcast email, are you able to log in to the email address and verify you your access to third-party email programs is toggled to on?

i'm not trying to send mail from my comcast email ,  i'm hosting my own email server on my server and when i try to send email from my mail server to comcast via IPV6 i get this error , i tried sending to a different comcasst email owned by my wife and it bounced with the same error
and also  i have other server that working fine but i have like now 20 ipv6 that have the same errore
