Comcast Billing issue

I paid my bill on 1/12 the day it was due. My services were suspended. I received a confirmation email and text saying the bill was paid. Even on the app (the way I paid the bill) it shows in transactions the date I paid. Why is my services suspended when the money was taken from my account as well? Nobody can give me answers. Help!!!
