Comcast Ambassador dropped the call and never called me back. It has been over an hour. No respect. No courtesy to 25 year customer.

It took me 2 hours of mindless texting and chat on my PC and phone to ask for human help.

The online call schedule webpage does not work "we're having problems, try again". 

Chat goes in circles. Phone calls go in circles. Nobody cares. Nobody is willing to do anything.

Then, a USA based "ambassador" fails to call me back after here phone dropped. I waited in silence for 5 minutes hoping she just unplugged.

Nope. And she never called me back.

No respect at all anymore. This company is not going to keep this customer much longer.
