Comcast always down!

Ever since I got the new Comcast modem and the network has been upgraded in my area my service has been [Edited: "Language"]! My Wi-Fi is always going down during the week for multiple hours at a time. I restarted my modem and checked my connections and still have issues! Now you want to charge me to have someone come out! What the heck Comcast?

Update- after I posted this comment Comcast advanced tech support called and wasted my time! I switched out my modem at the Comcast store like they suggested for a new one. This one doesn't work either. The advanced tech support lady said it's a bad modem. Seriously? Two bad modems in  2 days? Now supposedly gonna send a tech out tomorrow. I better not have to pay anything for the cost and they better fix the issue. I also better see the promised credits on my bill. Get it together Comcast! Your service has really gone downhill!
