Comcast agent stole my Triple Play PLAN
I had called asking about any special deals. Agent said I could get $20 off with no service changes.
I told her I needed to keep the the plan I had, she told me no changes.
When I went to watch the Nats baseball game, I could not. MASN
I then saw the email that showed my service level had been deeply cut.
I have been a Comcast customer for many years, and did think this could happen to me.
I would like my TRIPLE PLAY back, I did not ask for it to be stolen away from me.
Please restore my Account back to the Triple Play,
This happen this week-- so I am sure it can be fixed quickly.
I would not give up my plan for $20.
Thank you for your help.

Hello user_rhmp68. Thank you for sharing your experience with us here on our Xfinity Forums site. I'm terribly sorry to read that your account was changed without your permission and that you have not been able to find the help to restore the triple play back to your account. I know many of those legacy offers were amazing and even with the promotional rates over, the plan is still usually a better price from bundling the services. You have come to the right place for help! I don't know if I can bring back a plan that was removed (when offers are no longer offered to customers, we do not have the ability to add them back) but I will try to correct the account to the best of my ability to make sure we have the services and pricing that you want.
Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there we will investigate the changes and see what options we have to correct everything.
