Comcast a terrible company

Hi , trying to send a Direct message , file A complaint to comcast .

I do not see the Direct complaint
in top Right corner ?

like usual with Comcast /Xfinity

Trying to call

trying to use web page / Site

Not elderly, handicap or disabled friendly  business for Pepole with these  challenges.

trying to call & if you are able to navigate & finally able to talk to a real person ,  The agent speaks English but does not understand English , bla bla , calls are disconnected or rude . an issue is not resolved.

on 6,20, 2025  I made 15 phone calls to Comcast about issues with service , You get the standard run a round , my self been close to 20 user , I know before calling to do standard resets ,,, but this particular day 

telephone pole was broken , new pole was set by electrical company , the main cable line was cut lying on the ground , Agent would not listen , telling me isues was @ my residence, pole that was replace was main service line

for compleat road with property's, dead end road with a local county facility at the end. After getting run a round  for close to 12 hours ,

& be me living in area for close to 50 years , & comcast local maintenance facility is 2 miles down the road ,   I have phone numbers & contacts with local county government , I place a call to one of my contacts in local government  , Comcast / Xfinity is a back up service for local facility building.  With In 45 mints the comcast line was splice back together on 40 foot electric telephone pole ,,, with out thinking & having contacts  , Comcast was telling me they where No able fix or look into complete outage for 1 week ,

10 houses & County facility ,

This is Not acceptable nor logic not a major disaster or storm for the issue of knockdown pole and broken Connection.

but this is Comcast /Xfinity now
POOR Customer Service 

& also Price gouging,

my monthly charges which is the bare minimum is close to 70% mark up in last 7 ish years .

also Notice there is close to 20 channel repeating same movies over & over 

33,40,44,58,,59,112,114,146,164,

170,200,340,341,346,347,372,

374,375,376   All these channels repeat same movies every 4 to 5 days of over 30 days , then sarts over again , the like 2 months later  repeats same movies over again,

come on Comcast , since talkie movies there are 1,000,000,000

of movies  Not just 100 or SO !!!

Now to Comcast / xfinity agents customer service

""They Lie""

On 6,20,2025  all of those phone calls to Comcast & Comcast calling Me , "" The automated system says this conversation is being recorded and also the agents Customer Service tell you that you're on a recorded line"

Last 2 phone Calls I Received from 

Comcast agent after my service was restored  I was Told I was going to "Receive a $100 Credit on my next month's bill which is now, I said Ok thank You ..

remember this is on a recorded line according to Comcast !!!

Then a hour later I received another phone call from a different Comcast agent saying 

I was Going to recived another $30 Credit to the following next month bill , I told that agent also thank you knowing that this was on a recorded line being recorded by Comcast ,,, I then said something I was like you're the second phone call that I've received in the last hour about credits to my following next month bill , I was told that's not true by the Comcast agent I told him listen Even you said that this is on a recorded line I said go back and listen to the recorded messages that Comcast records the agent hung up on me...

my new bill showed up an email in the last few days there was no credit full amount over $300 for one month when my bill used to be $145 and some odd cents...

I would like to know more about computers and technology because I would get rid of Comcast but I also have a elderly parent that does not know how to navigate things,,, thank you Comcast for Robin me & Others  every month in last 7ish years after being close to 20 year customer!!!!

Also if anybody at Comcast Xfinity actually follows up with the message I previously sent ,I do have documentation ,pictures

time frames of all the phone calls and times I was called, and receipt calls
