collections ?

I have been an xfinity mobile customer since 2021 and have had issue after issue with them. After cancelling my xfinity internet back in August 2024 it has been even worse. They sent my Xfinity Mobile to collections and prior to that would not allow me to make payments and still won't. I called xfinity as I was told to do by an xfinity chat agent. I was on the phone for over an hour with them trying to process a payment. Payment unsuccessful every time even though I have money in my account. They then told me I could set up an installment plan by paying $200 which is 1/4 of how much is owed due to not being able to make payments for the last 3 months. Payment wouldn't go through, then finally they told me it was sent to collections due to $800+ bill. They transferred me to collections and the guy that I spoke with said "They keep doing this, sending people here to talk with us and we don't do business with xfinity collection anymore" So now I am just stuck here and services are going to be disconnected and I can't just go to another Mobile service because it shows I have a mobile service in collections.

Thank you for clarifying that an error comes up when you try from your end, user_1wa3jt. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I get an error code every time. Even when I was talking to the agent on the phone, I got an error code
