Collections

Hi,

I received a call from collections for apparently our final bill not paid. We relocated out of state and don’t think we were aware there was an additional bill. I can no longer file bd the information on how much and where to pay bill. Can you help?

Hello @user_tgu54a. I understand how important it is to make sure that the final bill is taken care of. Congratulations on your move, and I would love to assist you with this. Did the collections department leave you any information on how to pay the bill? You can call in to our 1-800-Xfinity number to make a payment. If you have a local Xfinity store you can also go into the store to make a payment as well. Did this help clarify your question?
