Collections

Hi there is an outstanding bill that was sent to the collections team of $714.01 that needs to be paid. How/where am I able to pay that so my internet service is restored?

Hello user_6nw56w if the collection is paid through the agency that sent you the notice, then that will be communicated back to us and services can be restored.  Additionally, you can reach us at 1-800-XFINITY(934-6489) and we can assist in making a payment.
