Collections on property from previous owners.

Just moved into our new house only to find out three previous owners have collections on their property, totaling out to close to $1000.00.

-the first issue at hand would be the fact that y’all are taking issues out on your good customers.—Take the people who have collections to court just like any [Edited: "Language"] business would do. That literally is enough for small claims court and y’all definitely have the money for some good attorneys.

Now, with that being said, yes we have contacted support, we even contacted collections ourselves. We have called the numbers, gotten sent around the loop with xfinity assistant. Had gone through a live chat previously that got us nowhere. Finally got a random email from someone who sent over the document request. Sent over all of the needed documents, got the confirmation email. All should be good right? NOPE. still have gotten absolutely nothing back from anyone. Not an email, a phone call, nothing. So I finally managed to spam “ connect me to a live agent” long enough to the xfinity assistant for it to finally listen. Got a wonderful human being to help me out who took it to their supervisor and their team, only to be [Edited: "Language"] disconnected from the live chat. Dude, you have all the information, you have everything you need, and yet I’m still getting thrown around the ringer here. To be honest with you, this is getting to the point where it’s just infuriating.
