Normally if you received a collections notice from us it would have contact information provided. For some issues regarding the collection status like you never lived at the location you are being sent to collections for or the balance is incorrect we can reach out for you on our end to our team to help research the issue for you. Or if you paid the balance due and are still receiving notices they can also help.  Do any of these apply to you?
