Collections Department Contact Info

Is there any way to get in contact with the collections department? I have a matter I’d like to resolve with them.

user_cj3l3t That is a great question! Thank you so much for making a post for help with how to reach out to our collections team directly. Normally if you received a collections notice from us it would have contact information provided. For some issues regarding the collection status like you never lived at the location you are being sent to collections for or the balance is incorrect we can reach out for you on our end to our team to help research the issue for you. Or if you paid the balance due and are still receiving notices they can also help.  Do any of these apply to you?

user_crwgpl Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I understand how important it is to get this billing issue resolved, and I’m truly sorry for any frustration this has caused. I’m here to assist you in getting this matter addressed quickly and provide any information you need.

To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
