codes

I cannot receive codes since yesterday.    All of the sudden they dont come for me to get in email.   It says check SPAM.    If I cannot sign in,   how can I check spam ???    Can anyone help me ?

@user_l0qwf7 Thanks for adding a post. If you don't receive a code through email, you can add a mobile to receive codes through text. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/update-account-preferences. If you are not able to sign in, you'll need to then speak with the Comcast Security Assurance team. They will update your contact information securely.
