@user_bj7ue2  Thanks for reaching out to our team. Is this a new construction home or apartment? I know with some of the newer units they have started to put those connections and modem in the closet.

Our technicians can install or activate unwired or prewired outlets during a new installation, reconnect, or change of service.

There are two types of outlets technicians may install:

Prewired: A previously installed outlet requires activation or reconnection.

Unwired: This is an outlet that didn't previously exist in a customer's home and is created by our technician, who runs a wire and installs the wall plate and connection for it.

The professional installation fee of $100 covers the installation of prewired or unwired outlets.

Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so I can assist you further?
