Coaxial cable type

I'm building a new house in Santa Cruz and it will have underground cable for a new XFinity account. I'm planning to put RG11 200ft coaxial cable underground and let technician to connect this cable on both side, i.e. to the poll on the street and to the low voltage box at my house where Cable Modem will be installed later by myself. Is it something that XFinity would consider as legitimately doable?
