coaxial cable detached from the power pole
We had bad weather last night and a branch from one of the trees that belongs to the County detached the TV/Internet cable from Power Pole. I have been trying to connect with Xfinity to help us fix the problem ASAP but all we get is an Xfinity Assistant no live agent. We got an appointment via this system for Thursday, but we need the service before. There were no notes for us to tell them the real issue.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
