@XfinityMartyR So I have internet service already but my gateway is downstairs. When I plugged it in upstairs where there’s another coaxial access point it is not working there. So I was seeing if there was a way to get it to be activated or what not to be able to work!
user_dy5tl7 Thanks for the additional information! It sounds like that outlet is not connected to our cable drop that enters your home. We would have to send out a technician to help activate that outlet for you. Please send us a direct message, so we can get that setup for you.
