Coax ports not working in house except for one port
I have coax and cat5 ports all throughout my house, but only one of the coax ports will provide internet when I plug my modem into it. The working coax port is in the worst possible location of the house, so I would like to get at least one of the others working. I had a local electrician inspect the ports and they said that the problem is in the way that comcast set up the outside connection and that I would need to have a comcast technician come out and fix it. How can I schedule a technician to come out and look at it? When I use the chat assistant it says that I don't have internet on my account even though that's the only thing on my account. And when I called and scheduled a technician months ago they never showed up.

Hello, @tony_g1 it's common to have only one active outlet in a home. Comcast charges a fee to send out a technician to activate additional outlets in homes that are pre-wired. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
