Coax Line Installation

Hello,

I’ve recently purchased a house that requires a coax line to be ran from the outside to the house (above ground)to make it cable ready. How do I go about doing that. I live in a city where Xfinity is the only cable provider. I do not expect to have any tenants in the house for the next few months so the only service I need is the line to be ran.  Any assistance in the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Hi, Wesley27! Congratulations on your purchase! I hope things are going smoothly with getting things ready for a tenant. We would install a cable line if someone signed up for service at the address. Our technicians are able to run temporary lines during an installation visit and then our line team comes out to finalize the work at a later time. We can make sure the address is serviceable in our systems so things are ready if someone wants to set up an account there.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
