Coax from street pole to side of house

Am I able to request Comcast to run coax from street pole to side of my house for new construction? There is a conduit exposed right now that can be use but it will get buried. So hoping Comcast can run a drop from street pole thru the conduit? If so - what would be best way to request?

I thank you for reaching out here on the Xfinity forums. Congrats on the new construction. That certainly sounds exciting : ) I understand you need a new drop installed from the pole to the home, and we can help get this started. Is the construction completed as of today?

@XfinityVianney​ yes the construction is completed - however the conduit that runs from near the street pole to the side of the house is exposed at the moment so its best time to run coax thru it. Access to the conduit will be buried soon so I was hoping we could run the coax now when it's easy to access. How can I get a request created?
