Coax cable needs to be replaced

The coax cable wire from my wall that screws into my internet needs to be replaced is that going to cost my or will Xfinity replace it for no charge

I only have one coax cable availability,  but connected to my TV.

Can I purchase a coax splitter and Still have normal viewing service?

Yes. As long as the incoming signal is strong enough to allow for the signal loss that occurs when using a splitter.
