Coax Cable Installation

I just moved into my place a few months ago. I got Xfinity Internet service a few days ago. But just realized that I don’t have a coax cable port inside my house, despite there having been service at the address previously. I've attempted to schedule an appointment through the AI assistant but it keeps prompting me to troubleshoot in the app, which is a dead end for obvious reasons. 

What should I go to get an appointment to have a cable installed?
