Coax cable connection

Requested install of Xfinity modem , technician needed to run coax cable to the apartment but was not able to. Requesting support for follow up appointment to get apartment connected. Thanks

user_xmj1u5 thank you for reaching out today. We would be more than happy to get someone out and assist you with installation of your equipment. Is there currently no coax on the property?

there is a coax outlet on the property which the technician saw but was unable to run cable from the outlet to my apartment
