coax cable connection in my house
Our house is ~3 years old. We just found out the contractor did not connect a coax cable to the coax wall port in my office. We've been using WiFi from the living room and want to add a modem to my office. The coax cable is installed with the end behind the port in my office. I just need it connected. I cant get through to the automated chat or talk to an agent / representative about this. How can i make an appointment for a Tech to make this connection? thank you
