Coax activation and or routing

Just wondering if I’ll be billed when the technician gets to my house when they’re done or will I be billed on my Xfinity apps acoount

Hello @KarmaOTB. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. When getting billed for a technician appointment it will show on your next billing cycle. You will not have any deduction come out of your account on the day of the visit. Did that help clarify your question?

Okay so they won’t have any POS system ittl just charges on top of my monthly bill?
