CMT NOT WORKING

I have the Ultimate TV package but cannot watch CMT channels.  Error message says not subscribed.

NPinPA2025 CMT would be in our More Sports & Entertainment package. You can use this link https://www.xfinity.com/learn/digital-cable-tv/sports/more-sports-entertainment-package if you want to add it.
