CM3000 Not Locking Upstream OFDMA – Upload Stuck at 63 Mbps on 2 Gig Plan

CM3000 on Xfinity 2 Gig plan. Download is correct (~2313 Mbps), but upload remains ~63 Mbps. Modem shows downstream OFDM locked, but zero locked upstream OFDMA channels. Router bottleneck already eliminated with ASUS RT-BE92U. Looking for verification that my modem/account/node is correctly provisioned for next-gen upload speeds and upstream OFDMA.

Update: During a technician visit, I was informed that while the node serving my area has been upgraded, the FDX/enhanced upstream connection has not yet been completed. As a result, the upstream OFDMA connection cannot properly lock, preventing delivery of the advertised enhanced upload speeds associated with my service tier.

At this point, the issue does not appear to be related to my equipment or in-home network, but rather the current status of the upstream infrastructure rollout.

Didn't mention. Ticket has been escalated, so I am told.

However, at the same time Xfinity sold me a service that wasn't available. That's an unfortunate business practice.

I absolutely understand your concern there.  I can assure you that was not our intention.  We are confident that this issue will be resolved very soon since the tech has already entered a ticket on the matter.
