Closed Ticket / construction issue

Hello,

We just went inside an Xfinity and opened a ticket and now it states it has been closed when we have not been reached out by anyone. *edited* Is the ticket number.  We have a green box that is in the middle of our driveway that we are wanting underground. My address is *edited*. My phone number associated with my account is *edited*.
