Closed mobile account being billed & Refund from January never received.

This is the worse customer service EVER! I’ve canceled all services Jan 22 and am STILL getting charged for mobile.  I’ve confirmed with multiple offshore and online chat people all accts are closed.  In addition my refund of $225.87 has not been sent to me from JANUARY for my cable, internet and home phone over payment. I’m probably due a credit I paid in advance.  Was a loyal customer since 1981.  Never again.
