Closed Account still linked causing problems online
I hae two accounts on my profile. One was closed when my father died. It is the primary account referenced on my profile. I try to make the active account my primary and get an error message. I've been on the phone for hours and even went into a store. On the last call with an agent I was told he couldn't help me and that my issue needed accelerated assistance and i should hear from somebody within the week. As you can guess, that never happened. If this is not resolved this week I will be forced to close my xfinity account!!
