Closed Account, but still being charged.

I closed my Comcast internet account in early January 2022 via phone.  I then returned my devices January 10th, 2022.  When I returned the router, I was told to pay $1.64 remaining balance and was given a receipt and told the account was paid in full.  Yet when I login online I see $48.79 due on the account.  

When will the $0 remaining balance be reflected online?  Why is it saying there is a balance due?
