Close Old Account

Hello--In February of 2025 I sold my home and moved to another state.  I still have Xfinity internet and cell phone service.  However, when I go into my account I see my new service address but also the OLD service address.  I have spent a couple of hours on the phone, not to mention roaming around Xfinity's cumbersome website trying to figure out how to get rid of that old address.  The website gives me options to order new services for the old address, but no way to get rid of it.  I have been told twice by CSRs that the address will be deleted, but months later it is still there.  I've been an Xfinity customer for 30 years, but I don't actually know why............

I don't understand how to do that.  I click on the "text message" symbol by the bell symbol on the upper right of my screeen by my account symbol and it doesn't get me where I want to go.
