close comcast email account
Hello, I need to close my Xfinity Comcast email account. I don't use it any longer. Any messages that are in the account and any address stored there is no longer needed. Please advise me.

Good afternoon, @user_7p16pb! <Edited: Tagged User ID> Thanks for reaching out about your email box! The email boxes are automatically deleted after 24 months of inactivity (no logins). You can also deactivate your Xfinity Email account in your email settings through the My Account section after logging into your Xfinity Email.
