Close an account and order

Order number = 1001881499972099

This order needs to be removed

It's confusing me cause I'm seeing 2 orders now

One that I want

One that was supposed to be canceled 

I have 2 ongoing orders

I canceled the previous order before placing another

2 agents told me it's canceled 

I didn't get cancelation email

I still see the account still active showing that my order is processing

What is this

Please fix this
