Thank you for reaching out @user_pm9072 We do not delete accounts so that if you needed you can reach out in the future about your account. We do disconnect. If the account has a credit balance after all prorated credits/charges, payments and equipment has been returned you will be refunded. If the refund attempt fails to process successfully to the last payment method, the credit balance will be refunded by check using automated processes. Checks will be issued in the name of the account holder and mailed to the bill-to address within 30 days from the date of the completed disconnection. Has it been more than 4-6 weeks since the account has been disconnected?
