close account

I'm disabled and have not been able to place a phone call or reach an xfinity store (not for lack of trying). 

I simply need to close my account. I will pay for the router as I cannot manage to get there to return it. I simply need the account closed. I cannot get in touch with a person to do this. Please connect me with someone who can do this.

  1. Your Full Name (as it appears on the account)

  2. The Service Address

Once you provide that, I will begin the process to close the account and confirm the final balance.

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
